9-10 March 2010: Consumers Health Forum of Australia “Chronic Conditions Self Management National Workshop”

Hope has been invited to attend the Consumers Health Forum of Australia “Chronic Conditions Self Management National Workshop” to be held in Canberra on Tuesday 9 to Wednesday 10 March 2010.

The Chronic Conditions Self Management Project 2008-2010 aims to establish links between health consumer networks, health professionals, service providers and other interested groups to achieve a sustainable model for consumer engagement at a local and a national level to implement chronic conditions self management initiatives.
